The wedding range is constantly being added to, which will
include beaded tiaras, combs, and other hair accessories. Our
designs are listed in the

Some products in the gifts section make affordable, yet unique
wedding favours, of which some can be personalised to your requirements.
For other items bought in large quantities, a discount may be available.

Ordering Information
You will be able to order by email or
printable order form. Payment
should be by personal cheque, or by Paypal.
Please not that a valid email address must be supplied to use
Paypal, as an invoice will be emailed to you.
Rush Orders
We are happy to accept orders at short notice and will do our best to
ensure your order arrives on time. If the event or day you require them
is three weeks away or less, then we will add an express surcharge of
£10.00 to your order. If the event is 7 days or less away, please
contact us in the first instance to ensure we can fit your order in.
Postage and Delivery
If you would prefer your order to be sent to an alternative address
other than the one you have supplied, please add full details including
postcode in the additional information box of the order form.
Orders Under £34.00
All postage, packaging, and handling costs will be £3.00,
unless by prior arrangement for recorded 1st class signed for or special
delivery If you prefer, items can be sent by 1st Class recorded (signed
for but not tracked) at a cost of £4.00
For Super speed delivery, or if you prefer yout items to be sent
by special delivery, please contact us to inform us. This will
incur an extra charge.
Orders £34.00 and above
Please note that for any orders £34.00 or over, Special Delivery
Next Day costs will apply, unless by your request. Please contact
us for further details, but expect to pay around £7.00 - £9.00.
If you choose not to have your order posted by Special Delivery, 1st
Class recorded signed for costs will apply, and this will be sent AT YOUR
OWN RISK, as Royal Mail's 1st Class post only compensates for up to £34.00.
Therefore, should any loss or damage occur by post, WE WILL ONLY TAKE
RESPONSIBILITY FOR THE FIRST £34.00 OF YOUR ORDER and any additional
costs of replacing any items MUST BE MET BY THE CUSTOMER.
We aim to dispatch orders as soon as possible. Where
an email address is supplied, an estimated dispatch date will be given.
Should there be any delays in the dispatch of any items, we will
endeavor to notify you of this, as well as a revised estimated dispatch
date.
Please allow approximately 14 days for delivery. If you
require any items quickly, including bespoke items, please contact for
details before ordering. We will do our best to ensure your products
arrive on time.
Delivery is in the UK only at present and will be sent 1st Class
post, unless otherwise stated. Proof of posting is always obtained.
Returns
If you require to return any items for whatever reason, please
contact us in the first instance to discuss.
All postage costs for returns will be met by the customer. Failure
to do this will result in postage costs being deducted from your refund
if applicable.
Prices and Price Changes
The new prices will come into force from 1st July 2007. We will,
where possible, hold these prices. However, we may have to increase
prices from time to time due to supplier costs. We will remain comitted
to giving you the best possible prices for products, especially within the
wedding collection.
